Jill Gallant-Shaw

Jill Gallant-Shaw is Vice President of the Company, with her main focus on the Health Plan Management Group division. Her primary role as a consultant to the Massachusetts municipal sector is to assist city and town management and employees in the delivery and management of their group health benefit plans. Ms. Gallant-Shaw specializes in a consultative approach building client relationships.

With over 17 years in the health care and insurance industry, Ms. Gallant-Shaw is experienced in a variety of areas including broker related services, new business growth, strategic planning, group plan implementation and administration for both municipal and private sectors. She is a producer of all lines of ancillary products and employee benefits. Ms. Gallant-Shaw’s prior experience includes serving as Senior Account Executive in the state's largest municipal health trust, as well as working in the Consumer Sales division at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.

Ms. Gallant-Shaw holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Spanish from Eastern Nazarene College, and is an active member of Tomorrow’s Woman Today and The Boston Women’s Leadership Council.
