Kathy Roberts
Operations Manager


Kathy Roberts is the Operations Manager for the Workers’ Compensation and Injured-On-Duty divisions. Ms. Roberts has been employed by the Company since 2004. In her role of Operations Manager, Ms. Roberts is responsible for overseeing all processes and functions of the two divisions, including client services. Ms. Roberts oversees the claim functions performed within the departments in accordance with Company claim policies and procedures. Ms. Roberts also provides clients with various customized reports tailored to individual requests. Other responsibilities include tracking payments on each claim and requesting reimbursement from insurers on behalf of the client, if applicable.

Prior to becoming the Operations Manager in 2015, Ms. Roberts was the Assistant Controller for the Company, and brings many of these financial skills to her current position.
